Planted them in pure coco in 1.25 gal pots about 7 days ago and they’re finally starting to take off. Had a bit lower temps than I wanted and it slowed them down a bit but they all seemed to bounce back well! I am sex testing the 8 Kush mint crosses to get rid of the males early on to not waste space

8 days since I transplanted them and they are finally starting to take off. Some started getting roots 7 days after transplant. Overall the Kush mints cross seems to be just a tad healthier than the wookies cross but time will tell. I’m using Power Si, Perfect grower nutes and sea green by primordial solutions

2 and a half weeks since rooted clone and everything is chugging along nicely. Got a sex test done on my 8 cookies n cake x Kush mints strain and had 4 females so I am going to replace the males with some blast chiller seeds I have already popped from Wyeast farms.
There’s a little bit of yellowing showing up on the plants but I am pretty sure it’s from not getting enough runoff in these pots so they nutes built up pretty fast. Did a really heavy feeding with slightly diluted nutes and that should fix everything!

Starting week 4 and finally putting the first trellis up to start training everything. Got 16 pots on a 3x3 tray and I’m going to try and train the canopy to fill a 4x4 space. Will probably veg for another 2 weeks or so and flip into flower!

First day of week 5 of veg! Another week or so and they’ll be ready to flip. Doing another bend today to fill out some more squares and once they recover and stretch a bit from that we will be ready

2 days later and the branches I ticked are already growing straight up again! They are looking better and better by the day. Was planning on another 10 ish days of veg but I’ll probably end up flipping to flower in 4 or 5 days because I was not expecting them to keep growing steadily. Second pic is the light I built for this tent last run. I will be using it for another couple runs at the very least because it has given men great results so far!
The light is 4 Atreum 4 ft bars for 480w total, and then 2 hlg QB 288’s in the middle for a little extra boost and to round off the spectrum. The QB’s are run at 120w max but I will only turn them up to 75% probably. Total is 720w power max

Better a late update then never! Day 22 and had to cut down3 herm plants, one of each strain. The other 13 are still looking great and no signs of any herms!

Middle of week 6 and things are still looking great! I’m starting to narrow down what I think will be my keepers based off of smell and plant structure, I have 3 possibly 4, one of each strain and 2 of the Kush mints cross

Middle of week 7 and everything is starting to mature! Looks like half the crop will be harvested in 8 and the rest in 9. 5 keepers in this tent out of 16 plants from seed so not to bad at all! A few already have some of the best smell profiles I’ve had the pleasure of growing

Finally nearing the end of this pheno hunt! Already harvested 2 of the potential keepers and they’re hanging to dry right now. I’m most excited for the Kush mints #8 cross since it stacked a lot harder than the rest of the phenos but it seems it kept the crazy sweet candy smell! The close up pics are some of the Kush mints towers

I like it......ALOT. I always used tomato hops for my trees or a simple sog. Adding some trellises looks easier and more efficient!

I usually do a very similar thing but I got a bit lazy and busy so I didn’t get the trellis up until a couple weeks later than I wanted but thankfully the branches held strong until I got the second layer up
