Hello I am on my first grow and my seedlings are 10 days old, the tips of my leaves are curling down, but the color is still bright green. I started with marical grow, witch I think is not ideal. Should I transplant now or wait? I bought happy frog for transplant. It is looking a little better today.

Is there anything I can do to help it along? Or just let it do it's thing?

Just leave it alone, let the roots find the water and form a network. No need to transplant until at least a set of five finger leaves have formed. This is a month old root system ready for transplant, dry and ready for fresh, moist, fertile
