I'll explain, as the subject is not clear.

I'm giving an afghan 12/12 light. From the grow room (dark) move it at 10am into the greenhouse and then 12 hours later it's naturally dark when the sun goes down. It is left in the greenhouse and then taken back into the growroom (dark) at 5pm, giving it 12 hours light. I keep alternating this, it's a 5 gallon pot and I have a sack truck so it's easy for me to move it back and forth. I am also quarantined so time is not an issue.

Now, in nature, that does not happen. has anyone has tried this process with any success?

I'll do this as a (non-scientific) experiment and feed back on the progress.
The photo was taken yesterday and you can see flowers. I'll also improve the LST, and lower the main stem.
My 'greenhouse' is made using office overhead light defusers that were being chucked out. It's not as good as clear glass, but it offers privacy, my priority.
