Orientation won't matter. Trellis is more for not poking your eye out on stakes when you bend down. All it takes is once of hitting right near your eye to throw them in the trash.

Tents and trellis are ez. Just zip tie it to the supports. It will be hard with the other things above them but you should be able to figure something out.
