Planted 45 seeds 1 week ago, 20 of them are growing but 25 just opened and stop growing.
Should I put them under light or what, they are like this for a week now.

Keep them warm, dark, and moist but not saturated. Humid if you can control that. Then patience, some seeds just like taking their sweet time poking up.
