This is my first grow and I am trying to figure out what is causing the discoloration on her leaves. She is still steadily growing, and seems happy other than the color. The most I have come of with is something called TMV.

I thought it could maybe be because she was splashed while I was applying neem oil treatment.

Any Thoughts?

I'm pretty sure one of my plants had TMV. That isn't it.
This was mine.

That looks like insect damage. Mites, specifically as they consume the chlorophyll. Like the patches missing in the photos.

First pic (the op) looks like ph off, watering a bit too often or micro nutrient deficiency. May have fed too soon.

Second pic with the half white leaves is called a variagation and is most likely genetic.
