Mildew-Like Substance on One of my Plants

Hi,

my plants sit side by side in my insulated, ventilated grow box that sits at 72° and low humidity. The plant in question is developing a weird white coating on the outside that I am concerned about. At first, I thought that, since I’ve sprayed some water w/nutrients on the leaves, it was buildup of nutes. However after spraying them with just water to wash them down, the spots have not disappeared. I will keep an eye on it and see if it spreads, but please let me know what you think it is based on attached photos.

It looks like spray spots from, probably what caused what seems to be nute burn on leaves I'm guessing. Also that dirt dosnt look like it drains well. Could possibly be a root problem if them white spots are not from spraying.

Waxy edge on leave also hints a nutrient toxcicty

Dirt blend drains pretty well, so I think the cause would be nutrient burn on top of them. They don’t normally look waxy, I just spritzed them with some water prior to the picture. Thank you for the advice!
