Y'all I was on the market for a press for over a year. Between working the funds up and doing my research I finally made a decision. I ended up with the 10 Ton Mini. Let me tell ya what.... The very first time I grabbed this thing out of its box I knew that my money was well spent. Every single part of the whole set up is quality! From the hardware to the stainless frame! I ended up purchasing a pump else where bc of flu there was no way I could wait to the restock date. I emailed the company and inquired on the restock date of the guage kit that they make for guys like me that buy other pumps. I was blown away with the response I got. In a nutshell James (American tech support) told me that if I could provide proof that I have made an order for the press, that he had a freebie guage kit he would send me at no charge in appreciation for my purchase!! Now if that isn't satisfactory customer service I don't know what it. Dabpress has gained a lifetime customer here!!!
