Hey Aqua , those plants of yours might be suffering at this point from root mass , all dressed up and no where to go....you gotta get them out of those 1 gals quick , in my opinion , I think if they were up potted a week or 2 weeks ago you would see more robust growth , I agree with all of MIM suggestions , it's hard to explain , but root mass in coco and hydro , is different than soil ,

Yeah i agree.

I just wanna push em out of laziness till next week to sex the clones. But if i up pot now especially to 5 gal just to rip half of them out in a week its a bit of work and waste. Its an uncalculated (cause i have no experience) risk at this point. But im gonna find out. I'm sure they will be stunted but im ok with that at this point. I kept having to put off cutting clones.

Yes I get it , I've done it both ways , up potted a crop then sexed and dumped all the work , and I've done what you are now doing , put the grow in a holding pattern , clone , sort things out ......
Then move on , but stalling your plants might .....mmm , maybe handicap them moving forward
Or either way you look at it , might just cost you more time

They there speaking of regular seeds I have 4 of them in dirt outside and are 7 weeks from sprout now. How long before they show their balls? Or will I have to wait till mid July?
Hey rooke , not sure where you live , where I'm living now , they go outside and show sex in a week or 2 because of my 14 hours of daylight , so depending on your hemisphere I'm guessing North America , you will have to wait till flowering begins I guess , are you in west or east coast , I think if west coast with 14 hours you should see sex very soon as the plants are fully mature at 7 weeks .....

Thanks so much! I was kinda hoping it would be soon as I have up pot one more time somewhere around the 24 th and hopefully not have to do any males I live near Kingston Ontario. We’ve had pretty cool nights recently seems to have slowed them down somewhat. Thanks again!

FWIW... I put my clones/seedlings directly into their forever homes. Saves so much time and effort.
Just water/feed with a pump sprayer on full stream. This keeps the cube/roots wet and the outer soil dry.
After a couple weeks of that, I hammer them and they boost. Follow with a prune and clone, then flip.
With 2 rooms, close to 5 gardens a year is achievable. It's a tall order, but doable if everything falls into place.

lol I use the same RO unit. Only for my humidifier now, my tap is fine for hydro. Ranges from 120-130ppm usually.

If I use RO in my humidifier the sucker won't run. I have to have a ppm of over 40. So I recover the condensation drip from my in-room a/c unit at about 3 gallons a day; it is 46 ppm and it works just fine for the humidifier and for mixing nutes.

Mfg. says something about needing a certain amount of something or other "in solution" to provide the conductivity needed by the "do-dad" that generates the cool steam. Sorry for the technical gobbly-gook but the conversation was almost two years ago, and i have slept and smoked a few since then. 😉 The label on the box even made mention of it. 🍻

Ok it's working and they are coming back around. Watered again today and the lower airflow and lighting seem to help. I'm just gonna K.I.S.S. and let em do there thing.
