Yellow leaf spots

Im having some yellow discoloring on one of my outdoor romulan plants. I cant tell if it is leaf spot septoria, a deficiency, or something else. Weve been having a heat wave and its been 95 degrees at least for almost a week straight now. This is my first grow, any input is appreciated!

Did you ever figure out what the cause was? I have the same spots on my plants. I've done epsom salt foliar spray, flushed soil, checked ph, measured nutrients. Still seems like the yellow spots are moving up the plants :(

Hot and humid where I live and I have this as well. Leaf septoria, a fungal infection. Bad year for it here.
