Hey there everyone I'm loving in BC Canada and decided to grow my 4 outdoor plants and give it a try everything has been going great until today I noticed most my plants near the bottom have yellow leaves and what looks like 'Nute' burn. Been using some GH Micro Bloom Gro and wondering if it's just I have been using too much or is it over watering or root rot? I'll include pics below plants otherwise seem super healthy so so I'm obviously doing something wrong. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance and happy growing. I'm adding better drainage to my pots today just to make sure they aren't totally full of water at the bottom.

Just run of the mill organic soil with perlite from my local gardening store, I posted 5 pictures with it. Water once the top 2-3 inches of the soil are dry. Only feeding them 1 time a week, going to not feed them to try to flush any extra nutrients out and try cutting the doses in half as most of the feeding charts and schedule I found are for hydro or indoor and saw people in line saying for outdoor in soil only use a 1/4 of what they suggest. Been raining here almost everyday for a couple weeks was thinking that should have helped flush them. Not sure about the PH I'll have to order a tester online I thought I had ordered the advanced nutrients PH perfect system but in ordered the general hydroponics nutrients
