Grown in 1m x 1m tent, under 315w cdm, day temp 26degrees, night temp 20, effecting 2 different strains, killer glue and melonaid. Humidity is around 50. Growing in sohum living soil

Since it is on the bottommost leaves, I wouldn't worry too much unless it starts to spread to other areas. Damage like you see can be from something spilled on them weeks ago. It doesn't look like bugs or nutrition issues, or overwatered. Keep your eye on it and as long as new growth looks good and the problem isn't getting worse, then relax a little and let it grow. It looks like it is ready for some bigger space to grow into!

Do you have a fan close to the plant? blowing right on the plant? Bouncing off a wall and hitting the plant?

looks like wind damage to me.

Thanks for response guys, so far just the bottom leaves, seem to have spread to a 3rd plant, with leaves displaying more patches.

no fan directed at plant, small fixed fan 100cm from floor pointing up
