What are these worms and eggs on my fan leaf?

Ok well tried to link ya to the bugs info but I guess we have all that here.. so search the forum for bugs.. Cause you have multiple at least 3 different kids..

Leaf miners, Likely Leaf hoppers, and a moth or similar is laying eggs on your leafs.

Edit: You also have caterpillars.

i'm not sure what kind of caterpillar that is but i would try a thuricide spray.

A lot of caterpillars munching on the first leaf, and the dark eggs look ready to hatch, I'd just take the effected leaves off and bin them, unless you want to hatch them out in a jar and see what they turn into. Have a good look round your plants for other bugs.
