If you are trying to push your plants and get the best bang for your buck; for that size space, i'd definitely be looking at considerably more light. GN's site says this about the fixtures;

All of the US based insulation products should show an R value.
This will give you some additional information on the R value you should be looking at
Also there should be R value for all of the products listed. If you are in another country take a look at the chart from Home Depot and size and density with a NON R value product should work well. The product Aqua Man is using is inexpensive and works well. Just tape the seams as he mentioned. Good luck with your grow!!!!
