Hello,

I have couple of outdoor plants grown in soil from the growing location mixed with homemade manure/feritilizers with every now since preflower topping the soil with a small amount of bat guano.

Can someone HELP me identify what is this discolouration on parts of my stem.

I have to add that since it is a guerilla grow, they were shocked couple of times ( underwatering) and they "defoliated" themselfs by extracting life from lower parts of fan leaves. The incident happened 3 times, but otherwise, once i fed them they are looking very healthy.

I was afraid that it might be some kind of fungus so I started using Hydroguard to inoculate the soil with some beneficial bacteria.

Could anyone be kindfull enough and tell me, is this something that i should be worried about?

Yeah, there is an slight splint in the stalk. I started treating with an oragnic anti-fungal and anti insect spray just for pre caution, but would like to know (if somebody knows) what exactly the issue is, so I can learn from it :)

P.S pardon my english, i now see that my agroculture vocabulary is trash 😅 thank you for your help!! <3

All the top to bottom leaves are really healty, she lost some leaves when I was not able to water her (cca 10days), it happened 2 times so far. She shriveled the lower leaves to absorb water from them but thats about it.

My worst fear is some kind of fungal infection, i have PTSP from that expierence, everything seems fine, then one day the plant just starts dying one by one. Hopefully it is not stem rot this time around!

Ill post pictures later on today when i get back from the location.
