So I'm a first time grower avid on research im having problems with my leaves growing curved I.e the veins on some leaves bend to left/right, I thought it may be due to the leaves being so overcrowded so I did some defoliation/cuttings hoping it may help. Anyone have a fix for thrips too I heard spraying the plant down with water will help every few days but i dont want mildew either!!
