Are you using calmag? What's your water like? I see a magnesium deficiency but I could be wrong of course. The interveinal chlorosis is the first obvious sign. If you are adding calmag make sure other conditions aren't locking it out. Could be as simple as over watering. Very common in rockwool btw to be too wet ..good luck!! ❤🌱

The reason I believe it's more likely a light burn/stress is because that would be one hell of a magnesium deficiency to develop in just 12 days but I could be wrong, more info regarding the nutrients and feeding schedule might help

12 days in soaking wet rockwool is plenty of time. Also his issue is not restricted to the top most leaves which is more common with light stress. This really looks like textbook Mag lockout in my experience especially since he said his light was like 5 feet away

I had a similar issue, I couldnt tell which issue whether cal-mag or too much light. I added 5ml per gallon of water and dimmed light for week or so, corrected no problems and cranked my light again. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply’s everyone, using just gh flora series, my water comes out at 200ppms from the tap. I don’t think cal mag was add yet, I will add some cal mag and post more pictures, another work had spray avid* could that of cause burn?

what do you do for rockwool Nutrient lock out?

Yeah spraying could have caused the burn, particularly if you sprayed with the lights on

pretty sure it's not Cal/Mag because what you're using as nutrients has ample calcium and magnesium in it & you wouldn't develop a deficiency that severe in 12 days using proper pH and adequate nutrients

Also it's not a typical mag deficiency presentation, notice the way it starts at the back of some leaves; a mag deficiency usually starts at the tip and goes backwards on the leaf, looks more like a burn imo

If those were mine I would probably think about taking some new cuttings because those are going to lose most of their leaves

I bet your new leaf sets are going to grow out fine without the same conditions you inherited from the clones ....
Also strange to get " topped " clones , but they look ok

Does any of your team smoke cigarettes?? Gotta watch out for that wash hands always and wear gloves when handling plants. If you already do it can still get in there. Only have non cig smokers deal directly with your plants, mothers, clones, etc

If you don't add calmag, where are your plants going to get it from, as rockwool is inert, and devoid of anything to feed on, bar what you feed them. I'd up my PH to 6.0/6.2

No, the roots fishbone when they take root to a spot, other wise their like yours are, pointed to push deep into the medium. It would be a good time to put your plant block onto a bigger block, or up pot.
