So it's been one week in flower now and I can clearly see the male sacks. But I'm wondering if it could still be a hermie, as the tops look like they are showing "bud crowns".. what do you think?

Looks all male to me, and that yellowing at the top looks like a possible iron deficiency

Your plant looks really healthy , good work ....now get rid of it and put your new skills into making some nice female bud .....
