Total Newbie looking for auto advice

Hi guys

I’m new to the site and this is my first ever grow. I got a blue cheese auto seed, did the wet paper towel method then straight into a 6L pot with biobizz soil. I had been using cheap led lights from eBay (which gave off zero heat) so have just changed to a 400W sunblaster bulb today. It’s day 21 and my little plant is a poor sight... Have I totally ruined her? Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you x

She looks fine to me. Keep the big light at least 3 feet away until she gets more leaves. Start her on 1/4 strength nutes when the two little round leaves called cotyledons start to turn yellow and wilt.

You should always start autos in the pot they will stay in. Transplanting or moving from paper towel to pot can stress the roots and cause them to start flowering prematurely.

Thanks for your help guys. My girls will be four weeks on Monday and have came on loads since my last post. Not started using any nutes yet... planted in Biobizz all mix and will be using Biobizz grow and bloom. Are they ready for this?
