My first grow I'm so afraid to cut her buds

I've been lucky to score one beautiful random seed that turned into a pretty little plant. I bonsai'd her and she grew small but with many little buds. Outdoor, no chemicals and now she looks ready! 👌 But I'm reading about trichomes and curling bud leaves...

My first grow I'm so afraid to cut her buds

I've been lucky to score one beautiful random seed that turned into a pretty little plant. I bonsai'd her and she grew small but with many little buds. Outdoor, no chemicals and now she looks ready! 👌 But I'm reading about trichomes and curling bud leaves and all this other stuff. I just can't tell if it's time to pick the buds. I do it too early and that's no good I wait too long and that's not good. Help I need advice. Here's a couple pics of her.

Disclaimer: I wouldn’t rely on my opinion alone BUT
Based on those pics alone and without looking closer at trichs and not knowing anything else about your grow...
You could harvest that.

Chop it .... Based on the look of the trichomes it's done , at least from here , do it at 2-3 am
Face north north / west , wear light breathable cloths and make sure your feet are uncovered , something like flip flops , and light or no dinner for you .....
If you get nauseous , drink a carbonated beverage and then take a 45 min nap
Then re attempt

About half way down on the right looks suspicious. Can you get a close up.

How many weeks has she been flowering? Looks like week 7ish to 8, I’d let the trichomes develop the contents a little more before chopping it down. 30% amber trichomes to milky white!

That’s what I’ve been doing wrong! I’ve been facing south south east.

Are y'all looking at the area about 1/3 way up from the soil on the main stem? I've been watching that spot. It started about 2-3 weeks ago maybe. Like the stalk is getting some mold on it....

Hey babb , are you reverse messin with me ? I was just kidding about the position !
I have an annoying sense of humor
But seriously , you can let the plant go for ten more days to cloudy up the trichomes a bit , well actually let them get a bit more " Amber"
But if your anxious or have some particular reason to cut them now , like weather is getting cold or damp then do it now , if not wait a week , but in reality , the way it looks to me ,they won't grow or produce much more bud ... So you can chop now

Ha... I'm pretty gullible and thought it was a for realz thing lol I'm so freaking happy to grow theze beautiful lil buds! : ) I'm not in a hurry at all. I can wait but fan leaves are dropping left and right!

Don't worry a bit about the fan leaves dropping
And you did really well for a first grow
Watch how cool the next one will be ..
