My biggest surprise, in my first indoor grow, was the stretch. I had read about it, and was somewhat skeptical, because I had about 25 years of outdoor growing under my belt. It sounded fishy to me.

Then I was suddenly convinced.

Day 18
The girls look abit sun burnt so I have downed the lux to 7000 as it was at 10000 hopefully they get over the stress as they are autos also looking small for autos only been few ph 6.5 water

Those look OK. Some plants that produce purple/red flowers show that color at the growing points when they're immature. These buds will be pretty.

Ok thank you and do u grow with led as I'm struggling with finding the correct hight and lux

Light far away for stretch and babies. When plants reach tweens you can up the light intensity and move it to as close as 18 inches away depending on the light recommendations.
I have a kingbright 3500k I have looked all over the net and so many different people say different thing so this grow is going to be a learning grow I think as to me the plants look light stressed

3500k is more towards the orange/red spectrum. Plants in flower like the red spectrum.
Small plants don't need much light but they like the more blue spectrum in veg. 5500k to 6500k is great for veg
