Hi all. New here and to growing. I decided to take advantage of the sun and have a small 4x6 greenhouse for 6 auto plants. I hung 2 120w 3' grow lights for supplemental lighting to keep 18 hours of light. The lights are IP68 for keeping them waterproof from the fogger. I'm in SoCal so it gets hot here. I plan on taking advantage of evaporative cooling using a big 12 head ultrasonic fogger from house of hydro.com. I have 2 vents up top, one on each side with auto openers. I will probably also add screen during the summer for a bit of shade. For winter, I have 2 four foot propogation heat mats the pots will be sitting on. Humidity and temp will be automated with inkbird controllers. I'm growing in 7 gallon fabric pots using super soil. I hope to keep my grow going year round in this setup, San Diego has pretty favorable temps year round.

I plan on using a humidifier like this for evaporative cooling. Will have a 27 gallon reservoir. The reservoir should keep the greenhouse warm at night. The two large vents should keep enough airflow to keep the humidity level in check (I hope). Ambient humidity in my area is usually around 30% so I have to increase it for the plants. It should also drop the temp pretty good. I plan on using BT in the fogger for pest control. I also have a small fan on the bottom feeding air in.

Does anyone know of a light controller that has an integrated photoeye? I'd like to have one that turns on for 4 hours after sunset. I don't want to have to keep adjusting my light timer as sun sets at different times.

First 2 plants in the greenhouse.

Well... Think I need a taller greenhouse. This is about 3 weeks of growth (4 weeks since sprouting). Gonna have to top them.

We live close enough I be happy to help with the plant management portion if you are interested. Hit me up! Attaching a couple photos of my winter grow so you can see how I am managed my greenhouse

Beautiful! I hope to have a GH as nice as yours sometime soon. I didn't take any pics of my first grow, but here is an update of my third grow. First and second grows went ok. I swapped out my ultrasonic humidifier for a jaybird fan humidifier and it works much better now controlling temp & RH. These buds look much denser.

Nice dude! I can tell just by the old pics and the new pics you are doing much better! So much of this is trial and error to find out what works with your grow in your greenhouse at your location. I have added a second greenhouse just to hold mothers for cloning. If you need clones I have some great strains! Are you planning on light depping this summer?

No light dep for me. I've been growing autos specifically so I don't have to worry about that. I'd love to pic your mind sometime to see what your greenhouse best practices are!

About 1 more week. So excited for this harvest. 3 sour diesel auto plants & 3 gorilla glue #4 auto plants. Thick big juicy buds & not a single bug. Gonna start the cleansing now.
