At quick glance, the spots look like a calcium deficiency and the leaf margin burning looks like potassium deficiency, but a pic of the whole plant would help. This could be cause by improper Ph, lack of food and a few other things.

Also, info about coco or soil, feeding, temps (cold root zones can exacerbate calcium lock out) watering Ph etc. would help too.
