First flower is a go!

I see some deficiencies, but it would be must easier to diagnose under white light like flash or something.

If you're talking about the left side they are laid on the side because I just spread them out on that side to make it more even with the rest so they haven't turned up to the light yet.

No, the plant has some yellowing on the leaves and depending on where the yellowing is, you can know which nutrient it needs more or less of. In this case, it looks like it needs more of something but because of the colour of the light, I differentiate what is actually yellow and what just looks yellow because of the light.
