Root rot issues may have turned plant?

Sorry it’s a dwc system recently changed reservoirs recently plant is 34 days old and a unknown strain running general hydroponics grow serried and ph is at 5.6 ppm little high around 990 recently spiked but also did the temp. Would water temp have a play in the now dark brownis color my roots are turning it looked like pm and pottasm defencie at first

Also it was grown from seed some Walmart full spectrum bulbs with an1000 watt led and a few led cob bulbs all about 18 inches from the plant 75 is the temp at 40 percent humidity ppm were drastically lowering as ph stayed just under 6 now ppms shooting up and ph lower around 5.6

Any chance of a pic of the roots? Don’t understand why you would state root rot issues but not post a pic of the roots lol...

IMO stress can induce herm but haven't seen it full on reverse.

I dont see nuts in the photos but I dont have the best eyesight either

For hydroponic rdwc, worse scenario out is you can flush easily for a day and notice any change in ppm for overfeed. In case of root rot, changing water isnt bad either. Hydrogen Peroxide may come handy , but I would try and find something to counter this in the future whatever the resultat of your roots are(beneficial bacteria, enzyome and fungus)...I dont think 990ppm is that bad. For veg, you want to aim ph 6.2 and flower 5.8. What color are the roots ? does the light go trought?

Ive seen worse root rots, they can be healtier, wash them a little! change your water, clean up your airstones, maybe light goes inside your reservoir...otherwise, watch her closely and update if more sign ! What genetic is that?

Hard to see.. natural light or flash.

Hard To tell but their looks be a big brown ball an inch below the netpot. That might be the problem

I see the deficiencies you have but I can't say if you have root rot or not. I can bet light does penetrate throw your lid. Those reflective sheets do work but they won't stop the light 100%. I would paint the lid black and then put the reflective sheet on it.

Someone also mentioned to clean the entire rez up and reset the water and nutrients. I think you should do that and typically you would want to change the water and clean up every week to ensure best growth. When you do clean up make sure to dip the roots into a bucket of water mix with few drops of proxied. That should disinfect and clean the roots.

What are you using for nutrients and enzyme? Those roots could look allot better.
also your ph should be at 5.8 and raise up so that the plant can go through the nutrient needed. 5.6 is to low

Although some pictures are fuzzy, i don't see ball sacks neither. I do see a hairline but that could be also cuz the picture is fuzzy.

Thanks everyone with the advice I am running all gh general hydroponics line grow with root brew and kelp I add cal mag as I see fit mostly every other water change or once a week she is showing better signs of loosing the problems and she is a unknown strain I got her out of a nug I got from a buddie no light could get through too the res and the reflection on the lid is a duct tape and chrome paint I raised the ph and lowered the temp in res my wife was cold and raised our heat too 78 resulting in the room to be at around 80 degrees I feel that had a lot to do with the issues and the stress of changing res lids all together
