I think these are aphids? What’s the best way to get rid of them my indoor is infested with them now. I did some research and found that spinosad works? Any other recommendations that will kill and get rid of them? Without damaging the plants

If you are not in flower than you safe to use neem oil. There is other products but I only use neem for everything as a prevention and much harder methods if I'm dealing with a serious infestation such as spider mites

Insecticidal soap or make you own. Just make sure you rinse it off after a few minutes.
