The amount of time it takes to dry depends on your humidity. It could take anywhere from 3 days to a couple of weeks. You don't want it to go only 3 days. I like about 7 days, but the important thing is to start curing when it's dry enough.

Impossible to guess without knowing temp and humidity.

Definitely want to have a humidity meter in there! As others said, try to maintain 50% relative humidity (what most any meter you can buy reads). Need a little air movement so you want a fan.

My question is how much weed i get after i finish the dry?

All of it!

hehe

I'm gonna guess 14 oz dry. Could be more if it is nice and dense.

But like i said, weigh it wet and figure 20 - 30% will remain when dry depending on cultivar, etc.

Is that 20-30% starting with whole plant, stems included?

OK, so I don't dry like this, but I have lots of data from when I do dry.

I wet trim down to buds and leave the larger ones on the stalks. After drying, I break it down a bit more removing stalks and moving to cure.

In that scenario you will be close to 30%.

If you leave in a lot of stuff to be trimmed later like big fan leaves and stalks, it will be closer to 20%. Density of the buds will have an impact as well.
