1700 led lights at 70% intensity in roots organic 707 week 6 veg temp 81F humidity 60% run off ppm between 1600-2100 on plants most of them closer to 1600 ppm co2 at 1300ppm growing in roots organic 707 what’s causing the discoloring can anyone help

first thought is lockout, plenty of food in the soil
 
How much calmag?
Looks like magnesium deficiency.
Honestly Iv only gave them cal mag once about 3 weeks ago Mixed in 1ml per liter of water With mills nutrient line , at first glance I also thought it was magnesium def
 
If it were mine I'd sprinkle a handful of epsom salt on the top of the dirt so it would get watered in slowly.

Did you fix the issue if so what was the issue I’m going thru the same problem with the gavita 1700 in my 5x9 tent

Are you saying your after numbers are higher than your before numbers?
