The last batch of BK was totally weak. But, that was mainly due to variability from seed, nute sensitivity, and probably being pulled early. So, let's put aside that THSeeds ever said anything about 7.5 weeks and let the amber trichs be our guide this time. The trichs look so nice...gotta believe that this strain can be decent if given a chance.

Anyone have experience with this strain?

Pick an indica-looking mommy if you're trying to start. There is a shitty, shitty more sativa-looking pheno that branches early, takes longer to flower, produces shitty bud, and whispers evil things in your ear while you sleep. Avoid it like the plague.

Here's some at 3 weeks...nice, stubby little plant with a short, fat little kola. Smells like overripe fruit. Seems a bit sensitive to nutes (unlike the Shoreline, which seems to eat whatever you give it). Nice trichs early on...let's hope everything goes well. Apologies for a shitty camera and matching photography skills.

Booooo...any thoughts on this? Add one to the list of reasons to maybe give this strain a pass...

Of the last 2 BuKu mothers being tested, one of them seems to have an awful lot of pre flowers, and the other has a few here and there. Their light is on 24 hours a day - the one with a bunch of preflowers looks like it might autoflower if the lights were reduced to 18 hours. They were from feminized seeds - are fem seeds more likely to behave like this? Does this pose problems as long as the plants don't start pushing up kolas in 24 hour lights?

hey tex think you found the good pheno there too forgot to mention in previous post and intresting thought on turnig back the lights i run 24 hr but i dont thihk hrs of darkness maters too auto flower and id say it will just stay in veg....
ye she produces trich's early in at 3 week ye already see the sugar forming but 7week finish is misleading be more like 8 -9 weeks in soil depending on pheno....

true about the time span Thseeds gave was NOT accourate

it DOES do most of its work by week 7.5, but the way mines is looking (smelling sweet Ogish) it seems that it still needs another week or 10 days yet???!!??!

but then hey, NEVER GO BY BREEDERS reccommended times, as they always have SPOT ON VARIABLES which some of us cant seem to get no matter how good we are!
