Don’t know why they look like this my run off ppm is at 2200 and ph at6.0 can anyone identify why this is happening

Too high ppm levels in the pots, flush with low strength nutes until the leaves become lighter color green then start uping the nutes strength slowly, imho...
 
I grow hydro but even I can tell you the ppm is high.

How far away is your light and what type?
 
2200 ppm isn't a good level to hit, I would flush really well with a very low nutrient solution and drop to max 5-600 ppm for at least a week.
