The one plant is sick. I would remove it. And train the others to fill that space in the canopy.

I agree unless you want to try and save it. Move it out of the grow space and into a separate one if you can. Switch it back to veg and give it an uppoting into fresh medium. Then put perlite on the top of the fresh medium, maybe an inch or two thick. While your in there take a peek at the roots and take pics. Also any pests?
