Humidity is low and I forgot to water for 5 days due to being extremely busy, is that all that is wrong or is there anything else I need to look into

Your fine they didn't shrivel that bad only bottom leaves. Give them a good soak they will lift up quick then any leaves that got exceptionally crispy and mangled just snip them off and defoliate. They should bounce back no problem the genetics look strong.
