I have a clone in my main tent and I'm just now switching to flower.
Should I take it outside to grow bigger or leave it there and get a lil more bud and raise it to canopy level?

You might aswell flip it. Sit it on an upside down bucket to gain your height.

It might not make much now. I wouldn't take it outside either. Just take it out of the tent and put in the window for a few hours.

To wrap this up, I ended up giving it to a friend. The I-95 clone is doing well and living happy.
