This suddenly started happening . Been spraying Plant therapy , spinosad & purecrop 1. I can’t figure out what this is .

You spraying the undersides of the leaves thoroughly?

I’ve been using the mondi sprayer 2L on the smaller ones, they’re about a foot tall. I usually use the petro fogger but it’s dangerously strong and it would cover all surfaces of the plant.

Definitely looks like a bug problem. But if you spray anything with the lights on it can burn the plants.

Well, at least it doesn't look like mites. LOL
Leaf Hopper, Grasshopper, some sort of bigger critter that can chew holes in the leaf.
