This is a very debated question and you'll most likely find growers telling you either way, to flush and not to flush.
There have been some scientific studies, but I only know about one. It was talked about in Mr. Grow It's youtube channel. You can find it pretty easily with a simple yt search.
The study found no differences in quality, bud structure and taste or smell. A group of people, (aka connoisseurs, aka fancy smokers) tried to guess which bud they were given, without knowing if the bud had been flushed or not.
There were really no majoritive preferences in either the flushed bud and unflushed bud.

With all that being said, do what makes you happy. If flushing gives you peace of mind, go for it. Doesn't really matter.

If u plan on chopping in 7 to 10 days flush out plant's with cold not ice but cold water this will rid your plants of leftover food & bloom nutes and cold water will help pistils turn and add a bit of frost.
