New here to the community. I am a grower and have been growing for about 10 years in my backyard. I have never had a problem with aphids like this year. I spray Monterey BT to control the worms but I'm not sure what these white specs all over a couple of my plants. If you know could you please tell me what they are and if they will hurt me if smoked.

Those look like white flys. Monterey won’t do the job on those I don’t think. Be careful what you spray in flower. Google white fly and read up. Knowledge is power.

Come to find out I have been raided by Mites but I can't figure out which one it is. I wish I could take a picture so you all could see them!

I've been using Neem Oil to keep the aphids away, has been working great just have to remember to hit them again after rainfall.
