It’s about 1 or 2 weeks into flowering and I found white stuff on some of the upper leaves and a few of the lower leaves are dying. Most leaves don’t have any white on them, I took a picture of the worst one.

Thrips or spider mites, look at the underside of the leaves with a microscope. You have a infestation about to take over. Good luck.

Suckling bugs. Some little soft bodied things. Trim the dead stuff off. Remove heavily damaged leaves. Spray top to bottom. I like to go every 3 days. Insecticidal soap. Or a 3 in 1. Depends what you can buy. The ensure you're watering effectively. Could use diatomaceous earth also. You need treat hard and fast so they're defeated before buds are forming. Clean and filter the intake air. Thrips, mites or something like that.

Safers 3 in 1 is fine to use. I would spray every 3 days until day 25 of flower. Then just treat the surface of the soil. But not the buds. Keep on eye on whether they come back.

would consider removing these arms entirely. An image of the whole plant can help.
