Hi I just flipped to flower and all my plants kinda look like this super dense in the middle. Should I just leave it? Or should I lolly pop so light can enter the plant

I trim as I grow a little here, a little there. What I do in the middle is any leaves growing inward in the plant I trim, dead leaf goes of course, but do it soon especially if you do a big strip because you just flipped.SS

You want air to be able to circulate in there.
