First time growing and I have started the seeds in a closet, with a heater keeping the closet between 73-76 degrees, humidifier that keeps the closet at 67% rh, and a fan that is blowing up to circulate air without being directly on the seedlings. Now my humidifier runs out of water way to fast so sometimes I find the closet at a 20-30% rh and no telling how long it had been like that and I possibly over watered so I have since cut back on amount of water used. One of my seedling seems to be stunted and the other seems to be twisted on the first true leaves but the newer growth looks kind of normal? I also planted in fox farm ocean forest directly after germinating in a solo cup with well water from the tap. And the seedling that is growing slow also germinated slower.

welcome to the farm.
if its your first grow, how do you know they are acting wierd?

are they "woke" beans?

ps:
they look under watered.
at that stage, the entire container gets doused so you have water flow coming from the bottom. ( not the little seedling )

Thanks! And I got them from ILGM online and they are a Jack Herer Fem. And it is my first grow so I'm not sure if some thing is happening and being shown through the lower leaves and if there is how can I fix it.

And right now I have just been misting them with a spray bottle to dampen the top soil then, pouring a bit around the stem.

If I were training you, i would say that watering "style" is only for TRANSPLANTED seedlings.
You dont want to wash away / uproot the plant so you take extra care to water.
On plants that have been established , you need to water enough to get even moisture in the container and there must be runoff.
Fully water them so you can start understanding the temps/humidity levels.

The plant wants to grow but the underwatering is holding her back.
shes not a cactus , give them waterrrrr! lol

Also your soul is known for being a little hot for seedlings - as the mature they will grow out of it

deformed leaves, just about always pH.

Watered heavy until runoff and this girl started to take off
