Just wondering if I should harvest the two on the left. They have really slowed down drinking water but I only see a few amber tricomes

I'd recommend a digital microscope or a jewelers loupe... Checking the trichomes is the best way to determine where you are on the ripeness scale... I'd say 10-30% amber is just right...
