Holy punch growing to slow?

Good afternoon all, I have been adventurous and started a plant that has been transferred to my roof terrace in a plastic aquarium. She is showing very small growth and was worried, however her twin is being cultivated in a grow tent by an experienced grower.
Now when I enquired how she (tent grow) is doing I was informed she was still small. In Fact smaller than mine. She is 25 days old in picture.

That's very small for a 25 day old plant. It appears the medium may be saturated and is depriving the roots of oxygen.
For comparison, the picture shows a plant 14 days from sprout, in a 5 gallon pot with a light, fluffy, well draining medium.

Would you suggest grow the pot maybe the roots need more space. Checked root the seem to be much bigger that the leaves up top.
