According to this letter, the DEA views cannabis seeds with less than .3% delta-9 THC content as "hemp" and therefore *not* a controlled substance.

Yeah I was gonna start a thread on this. Anybody expect to feel a big impact on their operation? Any negative effects on cloning operations out there? Seems like inevitable progress and another small step towards federal sweep.
