I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my mom's. I've flushed and even backed off on my ppm's but still can't figure this out. The temp is 84 and the humidity is 65-70. They're under 600 watt MH AND ARE 3 ft from the light. I've turned my fans down and moved the affected plants. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've seen that with light/heat stress, and also as a result of some pests.

I'm no expert, and my advice worth what you're paying for it.
