These seedlings are about 2 weeks old and the one in the middle is starting to yellow. I’ve only fed them with tap water ph 5.5-5.8 during that time and germinated them in rockwool. Lately, I’ve been lowering my light since the 2 seedlings on either end started to stretch, so idk if it’s a light issue. I’m not really too worried at the moment, maybe I should start feeding it nutes but idk if it’s too early.

From the reflection in the pan, I see you have an LED board of some type.
What is the distance you have it above the plants and at what power level is it set if it is dimmable?

Don't worry about them stretching at this point. You can bury those stems as you up-pot.

Two weeks with only water...they are probly hungry. The cotyledon leaves are more than likely out of nutrients by now.

At the moment the light is about 20 inches away and dimmed right below 50%. The light I’m using is a 400w light by Freelicht.

Word I’m assuming I should wait till the cubes are dry to add nutes? At the moment the cubes feel heavy.

.
How often are you watering them?
What is your humidity % at?

They don't have much root structure at this point to pull much water... and also rely on moisture from high humidity to foliar feed.
Don't drown them with water in those rockwool cubes...

I prefer to mother my seeds in a soil mix and using the clones in the roxul cubes if the plan is to roxul as primary media.

In the dome it was around 70%-80% Rh . I only water them when I feel the cube get lighter. Although when I last fed, I let them soak from the bottom up. Maybe when I did that I let them soak up too much water.

"Too much water" No doubt. Number one cause of stuntedness is over watering.
You say "about two weeks old", here's a pic of mine from this year, taken May 3, at 13 days old, they were watered just once in that time.

looks great - root stimulators use ? there are manay out there and they are necessary for growth --large root balls= large plants

Thanks, No, just rain water. And just in case, generic potting soil, cheap T8 lights 16 hours on (to match natural light when I put them out permanently...soon)

i had an issue with overlighting seedling doing the exact same thing, get a PPFD reader keep at 200 PPFD till 7 fingers

you need to give them a complete set of essential nutrients or you won't have healthy grow at all.
so what kind of bottles you got over there?
