just wonder what’s should do at this stage I believe I miss the time to transfer to bigger pot ..so I am winger what should I do to maximize buds size well healthy

A few things:
You should water the entire pot until it is saturated. Then let it dry all the way before watering again. The pot will feel light when dry.

What is it growing in? Are you giving any fertilizer? What kind of light are you using?
