Hey, this plant is only a month and a half or less from flowering but I need to harvest soon because I am moving states. How long till it’s ready? And if I harvested within a couple weeks would it be okay and decent bud or would it be shot. This is just a very small very shitty first grow that I tried to do in a very small time frame and limited space.

You chop by ur trichome not your pistils, if all trichome is milky u can chop but weed will go to head, if you want a body high you need some amber trichome.

I've chopped weed at 6.5 weeks. It was fine. Do what you gotta do.

If you HAVE to chop it, then its ready to harvest, if theres any nway around cutting it then its not ready, ive had to chop,cut, pull, many a grow due to one emergency or another and some turned out to be ok weed to smoke, but youve got bud that is close anyway so im sure smoking it would be preferable to losing it all, or getting poked in the eye with a sharp stick 😁
