White mold on top of coco coir

I am used to soil so I think I over watered I will let it dry out and water with caution going forward.
My concern is will the white mold effect the plants I read online that it's not a big deal.
Should I scoop the top layer off after it drys out or just ignore and start watering properly.

Whats on top of the coco? Looks like you topped it with something.

That's 1 teaspoon of miracle grow nutrient shake.
I have used this exact miracle grow for all my grows only my 3rd grow lol but my brother uses the same stuff for years with know issues.
I'm pretty sure it's from over watering and higher humidity.
I was maintaining 70% humidity.
I am now going to water every other day and turn my exhaust up to maintain 55% humidity.
At first I thought it might be salt build up but if you look close you can see fuzz.
