Are you sure those calyxes contain seeds? They could just be swelling up, which is normal. Let's cross our fingers and hope that's all it is.

Otherwise, if indeed you do have seeds it's too late to stop what has already been pollinated. If you can find and remove the pollen spreader and mist any pollen dust carefully with water that you can see ... you may be able to mitigate some damage.
