I’m 5 weeks into flower an I have some issues with my plants and I can’t get my head round what’s going on be been feeding plain ph water to if it helps them out

I've never seen a pattern like that before. Did you scope for bugs?

Definitely looks worse under HPS.
 
What is the temp in your box? Could you show a pic of your soil? And a pic of a leaf viewed under?
As you say your plants are healthy with a very great green color on leaves, don't worry it should finish well; what nutriments do you use?
Same soil since the beginning and what kind of soil is it?
Maybe remove these leaves as they don't look really necessary in my opinion.
