You need to test the rootzone ph. You can buy a meter to test pH, but that can get a lil expensive. You can do a slurry test too find pH as well.
Thats kind of what i was thinking. I tried to correct a week ago and its only gotten worse so i was thinking one last compost tea and a flush, or just a flush and learn from it. Doing a little more research and help from a growmie, seems changing my earth worm castings from red wiggler castings too african earthworm castings and upping the feeding. African earworms are suppose to be higher in calcium.
i have a bluelab and a cheapo amazon pen i constantly check both making sure their calibrated and usually do the liquid general hydroponics too just to get a good eye for the color incase of a pinch... but only have tested water going in not the run off.. word ill do that in the morning and get back to you on that. Might need some more info on PPM.
how did your first grow turn out with the deficency? will she stop gaining bud mass? other than the spots on the leaves i feel like shes gunna be some good bud! dense and frosty just really hope it didnt stunt her.
It wasn't too bad, just didn't come out very well but I was closing in on week 8 of an 8 week strain so it was already too late for me. Whatever you're growing looks like it's 9-10 week strain. You'll prob be good just do a flush ASAP and do it until you're getting the readings you want. I typically go quarter strength on nutes and flush 3x my volume, typically towards the last half of lights on. Next morning it's back to a higher feed. Just test the runoff if you flush until you get to your desired levels.
